Our normal turnaround time is usually 10-14 days. This is for most alterations on ready to wear clothing.

 

Project alterations take 3 - 4 weeks to complete. Gowns and formals, recuts, jacket zippers, etc. Harder, time consuming, alterations.

Rush orders are those that are needed in a hurry, before our normal turnaround date. There is a 25% charge added to complete these requests.

For formal women's attire, I like to have at least 45 days before the event, and appointments are required for those fittings.  (cotillion, mother of, wedding, and other such garments.)

For Spring formals, (Prom) I need dresses 2 weeks before Prom.

 

I sell men's custom clothing by appointment,  and those orders take about 3-4 weeks to be completed. 

 

Deposits, or payment in full, is required at drop off. Pricing given over the phone is just an estimate.

At times, a second fitting or adjustment may be needed. Return For Adjustment (RFA) on the original alteration are at no charge. Example: If a pair of pants we hem is still too long, we will make adjustments at no charge.
